Over the past few months, I had been experiencing some significant squealing with my brakes. Not only was Jamie was super kind & helpful while receiving my vehicle in, but the technicians were also able to identify the issue and provided excellent customer care. The problems were resolved above & beyond my expectations, and I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here for any service. Thanks so much for the terrific experience!!

I had an amazing experience here today. My mom got a flat tire at 6:05 pm, and they closed at 6pm.. We explained our situation to the two gentlemen working and they were amazing. Joey and Tony were working this evening and they were nothing but helpful. We are from Canada so getting home would’ve been impossible without them. They removed my flat and gave me a new tire within 20 minutes. My mom said she will be back to get her other 3 tires changed very soon. I suggest going here to get work done, absolutely amazing experience. Thanks again Joey and Tony!!

Another 5 star experience here. Jamie and the entire crew at this location are great to work with. I needed a front end alignment after replacing inner/outer tie rods, upper control arms and sway bar links. The tech that completed my alignment did a great job and even pulled a trick out of the "old school mechanic playbook" and swapped my front tires to allow road manners to match the alignment (which was dead on when he was done with it). Great job as always, I cannot recommend these people enough.

This is my second visit to this location with an appointment for align service with lifetime alignment. And again I waited to be attendanted to. The first visit waited over 2 hrs for car t9 be taken. It's a 45 service. My last visit same thing....arrived early went shopping returned after over an hour past appointment and car hadn't been serviced...whats the point of an appointment and this time I was with 84 year old money...no reason to book appointment...instead of next available tech have a tech assignment to alignments. I have lifetime on every car for years but lately company doesn't seem to want to provide the service paid for...shame. check my service record...went all the way to van dyke store to purchase the lifetime because mad heights store had a less than stellar person answer the phine...sham lost my faith in firestone...dont ask my why I need an alignment provide the service you were paid for

Avoid at all costs! Not cheaper by any means and absolutely a joke when it comes to covering their own work. Which takes ENTIRELY too long and you may not even get the right thing done. Went in for 2 tire change, they changed my oil instead. So had to wait longer to get the job done that I was there for. They recommended CV joint boot replacement because had a small crack in rubber. SMALL! 4 months and 3000 miles later tires are SHOT! cords hanging out on both inside edges. I'm told they won't honor warranty or even give discount even though it's only 3k miles and 4 months later because they recommended an alignment and I didn't get it. So beware, I'm sure they tell EVERYONE they need alignment so they don't have to honor warranty! Complete scam shop! AVOID AVOID AVOID Also, I'm sure the owner will reply to this saying email at blah blah blah...don't fall for it. They don't care. He's doing that so it looks like they're following up but will NEVER do ANYTHING about the email you send! Again!! Scam!! AVOID
